Introduction: Founded in Geneva in 1887, L'Ondine Genevoise is a renowned musical society that brings together musicians to create and share unique musical experiences. In addition to being a band for young people up to the age of 18, it also acts as a music school that trains future generations of artists. Over the years, L'Ondine Genevoise has established itself as a cornerstone of the local cultural scene, organizing concerts, performances, and events that bring communities together.

Challenge: Despite its rich heritage, L'Ondine Genevoise faced a lack of cohesion and pride in its overall appearance. Its outdated visual identity no longer reflected its dynamic nature or musical spirit. It became essential to modernize this identity to enhance its visual impact and reaffirm its presence on the cultural stage.

Solution: The solution to this challenge was to immerse L'Ondine Genevoise into a marine-inspired universe, treating the society as a musical crew. This approach seamlessly integrated the aquatic identity suggested by the name “Ondine” with its artistic mission. Both visually and textually, this transformation brought a fresh creative direction highlighting maritime and musical elements. At the heart of this identity is a symbol that combines a musical note with a crowned eagle, directly referencing Geneva’s coat of arms and the musical world. This design perfectly embodies the connection between local tradition, modernity, and the artistic mission of L'Ondine Genevoise.
